How to add a visitor pass to Apple Wallet

Guide for guests on installing a Visitor.Place pass into Apple Wallet on iPhone.

If your host sent you a Visitor.Place link, you can install it to Apple Wallet so the pass is accessible from your lock screen. Here's how.

Steps

  1. Open the pass link on your iPhoneTap the link in the email or SMS your host sent. Open it in Safari.
  2. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”The button appears at the top of the pass page. Tap it.
  3. Confirm in WalletWallet opens with a preview of the pass. Tap Add in the top-right.
  4. Find the pass on your lock screenThe pass surfaces automatically near the visit time. You can also open Wallet at any point to find it.
