Yes. Visitor.Place is free for independent professionals. No credit card, no trial period, no per-visitor fees. We built this for freelancers and consultants who just need their guests to arrive without confusion.
How does the three-stage guest pass work?
When you invite a guest, they get a single link. Initially it shows the invitation with confirm/decline buttons. 24 hours before the visit, it automatically adds parking, entrance, and room directions. 2 hours before, it becomes an access pass with a scannable QR code for building entry.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The guest pass is a web page — it works in any browser. Guests can optionally add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access, but it's not required.
What if I meet clients at different locations?
Visitor.Place supports multiple locations. Set up each one with its own address, parking instructions, entrance details, and room directions. When you create a visit, just pick the location.
