Visitor.Place is a visitor management application for studio and workspace hosts. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Visitor.Place.

Information We Collect

• Host accounts: Name, email address, and profile information provided during sign-up via Clerk authentication.
• Guest information: Name, email address, and phone number entered by the host when creating a visit invitation.
• Visit data: Scheduled visit times, confirmation status, and guest pass activity.

How We Use Information

• To send visit invitation emails and SMS messages to guests on behalf of the host.
• To display guest pass details and manage visit scheduling.
• To operate and improve the Visitor.Place application.

SMS Messaging

SMS messages are sent only to guests who have been directly invited by a Visitor.Place host. Message frequency varies based on visit activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Guest contact details are shared with the following service providers solely to deliver the invitation:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS delivery

Data Retention

Visit records are retained to support scheduling history. Guest contact information is stored only as long as needed to manage active and past visits.
